Comprehensive Intake Form

We begin with a detailed assessment to explore your readiness for change, uncover your personal values, and evaluate your current relationship with food.

Initial 1:1 Session

In the first month you will meet with Jessika for a one-on-one session where we’ll dive into your intake insights, set personalized goals, and create an actionable plan tailored to you using the Empowered Eating framework. At this time your RD may recommend additional testing to further assess your nutrition status. 

Step One: Getting Started

Monthly Mastermind Meetings
Join group sessions to overcome challenges, celebrate progress, and set monthly intentions. Facilitated by experts, these sessions include education on the Empowered Eating Model and evidence-based nutrition and include various experts including psychologists, strength and conditioning coaches, dietitians and more! 

Two Monthly Check-Ins 
Following your first month, you will meet with your assigned coach in your 1:1 biweekly appointments (6 sessions total). These sessions are individual sessions where your specific nutrition concerns can be addressed. 

Monthly Menus and Grocery List 
Each month you will receive 2 weeks of menus and grocery lists customized to your preferences and specific nutrition needs. 

Community Access & Education Vault
Enjoy access to a private online group for ongoing support, resource sharing, and meaningful discussions led by the RD team. Dive into our library of educational workshops to be added over time, including:
